Jill Scott measurements, bio, height, weight, shoe and bra size
Jill Scott was born on April 4, 1972, in Philadelphia Pennsylvania to her mother Joyce Scott. Since she was the only child, she was raised also through her maternal grandparents. Scott was a student at the Philadelphia High School for Girls. After graduating, she attended Temple University. She studied secondary education over the course of two years while also working. She hoped to be a high school English teacher. The dream, however was short-lived when she quit school after three years of study and became an aide to teachers. She began her career by performing live poems and writing her own material. Then she joined forces with Amir Quest Thompson, a musician in The Roots. You Got Me was co-written by the two. She was first outed as a performer at the Roots Show. Following that, she started collaboration with other musicians such as Eric Benet Will Smith or Common. While on the Canada tour for Rent, the Broadway musical Rent, she gained valuable performance experience. She was the very first artist to sign with Hidden Beach Recordings.
